At TENGA Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
